What currency are the prices on your website?
All Prices are in AUD (Australian Dollars)
Can I cancel my order?
Yes! If your order has not been shipped yet, we can cancel it with no penalty. Please contact us ASAP so we can process your request before your order is dispatched. Once the order has shipped, cancellations won't be possible.
I entered the wrong address! What should I do?
If you've made a mistake, don't worry! If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we'll update it for you. Just reach out to us immediately. If your order has already been dispatched, unfortunately, we won't be able to change the address or offer a refund.
Do you offer discounts or promotions?
Yes! We run special promotions from time to time. Sign up for our email list or follow us on social media to stay updated on exclusive offers!
Can i change my order after placing it?
If your order has not been processed yet, we may be able to update it. Please contact us immediately if you need to make any changes.
Why didn't I receive a confirmation email?
If you didn't receive an order confirmation email, please:

Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
We work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible! On average:
• Processing Time: 1-3 business days
• Shipping Time: 5-7 business days (sometimes up to 12+ business days depending on location & courier)
Most of our customers receive their orders within a week!
When will l receive my tracking number?
Tracking numbers are usually provided within 5 business days after your order is processed.
If you haven't received one after 7+ business days, feel free to reach out, and we'll look into it for you!
Do you offer express shipping?
Currently, we only offer standard shipping, but we're working on adding express options soon! Stay tuned.we'll look into it for you!
Do you ship to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers?
Yes, we can ship to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers across Australia.
What happens if my package is lost?
If your package is lost in transit, we'll work with the courier to resolve the issue.
If it can't be located, we'll send a replacement or offer a refund.
